If you sign in with Google Play Games Services, we may access:

2.3 Device Identifiers Used Locally

• Android ID: Used solely for deriving a local encryption key to protect your save data on-device. This identifier is never transmitted to any server or third party.

2.4 Referral System

The Game includes an optional referral system:

• A unique 6-character referral code is generated locally on your device
• When you redeem a friend's referral code, the referral event (codes only, no personal info) is logged via Firebase Analytics
• Referral codes are stored locally in your save data
• No backend server is involved — the referral system operates entirely client-side

2.5 Information Collected Through Purchases

When you make in-app purchases, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not directly collect or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). We only receive:

• Confirmation of purchase completion
• Product identifier purchased
• Purchase token (for verification)

7. Data Storage & Security

7.1 Local Data

Your game save data is stored locally on your device in an AES-256-CBC encrypted format. The encryption key is derived from your device's Android ID combined with an application-specific salt — this identifier is used solely for encryption and is never transmitted. This data includes your game progress, settings, purchase records, and referral codes.

7.2 Cloud Data

If you sign in with Google Play Games Services, your game state is also stored on Google's servers for backup and cross-device synchronization. Cloud save data is managed entirely through Google Play Games Services infrastructure.

7.3 Analytics & Crash Data

Analytics and crash data are stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers. This data is retained according to Firebase's standard data retention policies.

7.4 Security Measures

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data:

• Both Analytics and Crashlytics collection are disabled by default and only enabled after explicit user consent through our age/privacy gate
• For users identified as under 13, all data collection is permanently disabled (COPPA compliance)
• No sensitive personal data is transmitted
• All data transmission uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)

8. Children's Privacy

MonkeyEcon: Idle Money Tycoon is an educational game about financial literacy. However, it contains advertisements and in-app purchases.

Age Requirement

• The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older
